What would you expect from an Access Control Service or maintenance?

• Check control panel is adequate with mains, charging and supply voltages, current checks and battery checks where applicable.

• Check number and types of readers or keypads on site to specification with operation.

• Check cables and conduit are not showing any signs of damage or wear.

• Check physical fixings of all controlled equipment and locking mechanisms have not loosened or corroded.

• Check glands, seals and connections.

• Equipment is free from electrical inference.

• Passwords are up to date where applicable.

• Entry panels and handsets have call and receive operative with volumes adequate.

• Service paperwork filled and stored.

Service agreement will include provision for all call outs, parts and labour under our normal terms and conditions. In addition to services. One scheduled maintenance per annum.
